For the last 25 years Christian Erfurth has  worked with HRM in seven Swedish multinational companies to establish their internal international management development programs.

His role has been:

• to develop their management programs in line with their strategic intent
• support the process behind Action Learning
• facilitate the program and the projects
• work with the cultural parts of the programs
